2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. ck49 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact support immediately.

ck49 provides services only to those aged 21 and above. Protecting minors from gaming is a core part of our social responsibility.

• You must declare at the time of registration that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Before a deposit or withdrawal, ck49 may request a government-issued ID to verify your age at any time.
• If it is proven that an account holder is under 21, the account will be closed, deposited funds will be returned, but any winnings earned from games will be forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from a bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are claimable once only — one welcome bonus is available per account.
• If bonus funds are misused or there is an attempt to exploit them strategically, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Terms for VIP cashback and other promotional offers apply separately.
• ck49 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any valid balance at the time of closure (earned and with wagering requirements fully met) will be returned.
